They cleaned everything up so there was no trace of trash anywhere. Very impressive. Shane replaced the gutter on my garage with a much better quality one and took the time to show me what he was doing as well as explaining why. Because I was having problems with the old gutters on my house and with the metal roof that was put on and not completed a few years earlier by a different contractor, Shane assessed the problem, gave me suggestions and walked me through each issue. I asked for an estimate to put up new gutters to complete the roof work and had the estimate the same day. The work was done the following week and I am thrilled with the results. "Just want to thank Tim, John, Mitch, Zack and anyone I might have missed for the wonderful job they did. You cant imagine how devastating it was to discover this problem. We contacted Craig Thomas and were visited by Will who confirmed our problem and told us what needed to be done. I was stunned and also very put off by the cost. However I realized it had to be done.
The first visit was about 5 hours and involved lots of loads of wash both bedding and clothing. We followed their recommendations and after many visits the infestation decreased. The last visit was in .April and we are pleased to say we have only seen a few leftovers which we were able to remove,
