V Allegretta Electrical Corp

On 8/21/2014 I wrote a negative review about this company. I wrote that they were scheduled to be at my house on that day, but no one showed up and no one called to tell me that they were not coming. Upon learning of this review, one of the owners called me to urge me to give them another chance. After some discussion including an offer that I rejected, I agreed to have them come to give me an estimate. They arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and gave me a verbal estimate, followed by an email with the same estimate which I considered to be a good and fair price. I accepted. They were ready to come the next day to do the work, but my schedule did not permit the work to be done until two days later, 8/29/2014. On that day they arrived promptly as scheduled at 7:30am. I met them and showed them the panel and compressor locations and they immediately began working. I observed the progress of the job periodically and during a stop to have a drink of water, I told the lead man about the aborted appointment. He was surprised and apologized to me. It was not his fault, but he answered me very professionally. At 11:30am, job and clean-up done, they left. I am very happy because everything went smoothly and quickly. I have a much larger job coming up, so I will not hesitate to call them.
