My wife and I had some ideas and roughed out some basic designs using a deck design software package. I contacted Mike through local references and he met us at our home to inspect the old deck and go over our ideas and requirements. Mike contributed some very insightful suggestions and modifications to our basic ideas and then took a few days to put together an estimate. We discussed the estimate made some changes and decided to hire Mike, he then refined the estimate and drew up plans and worked through the permitting process with Southampton Town.
The work was scheduled 3-4 weeks after establishing the contract, demo, reconstruction and inspections took three to four weeks and the result is spectacular, my wife and I could not be happier. It has completely changed the way we use our deck, adding about 600 sq ft. of outdoor living space.
The deck is built using Timbertech composite decking, railing and lighting system.
