It went great

Not a deep cleaning service. They came over first to assess the house. They said a deep cleaning with two people at $35 per hour for each person. She said it would take about 4 hours with two people, which is what we budgeted for. Day of they showed up a half hour late with three people and then said they had said 2-3 people, which was not true. Prior to hiring them, we asked if they clean windows and they said yes. When they were done, I asked why they hadn’t cleaned the windows and they said it’s not possible to clean the outside of the windows, which is obviously false. I understand if they don’t do that type of cleaning, but then they should have said so from the beginning. I asked for specific spots on the floors to be cleaned, for example tape in a few spots and wax in a few others. Again, when we asked why those spots hadn’t been removed when they were done, they said it wasn’t possible. I then removed those spots myself by scrubbing them after they left. They did clean but they clearly do not deep clean and shouldn’t false advertise services they do not provide. They should also be specific about the number of people they are planning to bring on a given day. Definitely not worth what they charge. I also spoke to Jackie about all of the reasons why I wasn't satisfied, and gave her a chance to rectify the issues. She did not choose to, and I let her know I would be leaving a bad review.

Everything was organized. When I came back home everything was cleaned. It was a really good service.

Amazing work!! House looks super clean!!

Ladies were fantastic. Helped me organize my home in East Hampton. They come once a week in winter and two times a week in summer. My wife and I feel very happy to Jackie’s housekeeping here. I recommend them to my mother and she absolutely loves having them at her home.
