Description of Work: They responded to the gas heater not working and installed a part, which resulted the heater still not working. They ordered another part which had the heater and hot water work. It took 10 days at temperatures below zero which left us without heat and hot water for almost 2 weeks. When the technician left he did not notice a gas leak, which could have resulted in me blowing up the house when I came back. | |They than charges an inflated amount, including increasing the cost of the parts by 400%. |They refunded a small amount, but I still felt ripped off.
