They were very professional and neat. They were on time and got the job done very quickly. He waited until I was 100% satisfied until he billed me. His pricing was very fair. I would recommend him to anyone. He does everything for you and you do not have to do anything.

I WOUND UP CALLING AND USING ANOTHER TILE INSTALLER, JAMES SCHNEIDER, ALSO FROM HAMPTON BAYS AND WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE JOB...START TO FINISH.

He is two buildings down. He is very good and excellent. He is terrific. He has excellent workmanship. He is personable. He comes right away. He does beautiful meticulous work, installs it and he stands behind it. There are 3 or 4 brothers and all look alike. They started their own businesses and grew. My mother had some work done over somebody else's bad work and he came back and replaced it and did a beautiful job. Anything that needs to be stuck on a wall and grouted; or on the floor and grouted, he is very good. His father did it and he learned it from his father and the son is also very good. I would rate him top notch and I would definitely use him again. As a matter of fact I will be using him again; his brother and himself probably. I have a bill for $800 which I have not paid him yet. This would have been for a 2 weeks back work for a kitchen and a butler’s pantry back slash plus for a repair which I asked him. He is very good and his staff is nice. It does make a difference.
