The technician that came was very professional, very knowledgable. Just an over all nice person.
He had everything cleaned and parts replaced within about a half hour.
I would definitely recommend them.

I have used them a couple of times and they are okay. They were reliable and they came when they said they would. They did tell me that they wouldn’t fill the tank because they thought it was too old and needed to be replaced. I had someone else come and look at the heater and he looked at the tank and said that it seemed okay to him. There were couple of fixtures at the top that should be replaced.

We use general utilities for our work over here. They have usually been pretty good. They always make few mistakes every once in a while, but they fix them pretty reasonably. They have been alright with us. They were out here for a long time when we had a couple of emergencies in the last year. They were very responsive too. I would undoubtedly use their services in the future too.

They provide a year contract when purchasing their fuel oil. If we have a problem with the furnace during the year, they will come out at no charge. They are not the cheapest place to get oil from, although the furnace cleaning and chimney inspection makes the higher price of the oil worth it.
