They're always on time. If they have a problem, they'll take care of it right away. They're very conscientious about taking care of the lawn and the weeds as well as putting the bushes in. They were very good about that. They're all in all a good company. If I have a question, they usually get back with me. If they can't get back at the time, they'll have a reason like doing the lawn care. They're a little bit pricey but they do a very good work.

This landscaping firm does a good job when they start, but they slip into the sloppiness rut as time goes on. It is a husband and wife team, with the wife doing the majority of the work while the husband talks about his guns and hunting and observes. The wife is condescending to her employees, scoulding them in front of Customers (no one wants to hear that). The husband is insulting and should learn to show some respect when talking with his Customers. This team never learned basic business or communication skills and it shows. They had promised for over a year to remove a garden on my property in October and when October came they gave me a lame excuse and said, "next year." They also promised to remove/mow leaves for two years in a row and never did. They had plenty of time to mow the leaves, but chose not to. They became a bit verbal with me because I purchased trees from a tree farm and not them! I needed trees planted for a privacy screen and fast, after 2-3 weeks I phoned and asked if they (Safari) had found the trees yet and they said no, so I had them professionally planted by a tree farm. Safari Landscape evidently didn't like that!! Each tree weighed 350+ lbs and I thought since this company couldn't move a few rocks from my garden to dismantle it, they certainly couldn't transport and plant 4 trees weighing 350 lbs each. I spent 4000.00 + a year with this outfit for 5 years, mostly because I didn't have much choice and their thanks to me for being a loyal Customer was the third degree about the trees I had planted by someone else. Stay away, unless you enjoy verbal abuse!!
