 + -1 moreHe had to remove a window, built a fireplace surround. He is a very good carpenter. He fixed the leak in my porch roof. He put in new woodwork around the garage. found things wrong with my ceiling joyce and wall joyce that were warped. He found a mouse hole where mice were getting in. He was great! He comes every year. He has done alot of repairs for my house. I was so impressed with how he did my window trim, he did a great job! He can do anything! He was here everyday by 8 am and is a workaholic.

 + 1 moreGreat job. No issues Geno wasn't able to handle. He is a perfectionist and the quality is superior to any work I have had done by other companies. He also cleans up after himself and doesn't leave a big mess behind.
Description of Work: Took down plaster walls then insulated and put up drywall, coated and sanded. He also primed and painted all surfaces including trim (retrimmed two windows and doors). Remade the closet opening and hung new closet doors. The beautiful trim that was original to the house in 1905 was somewhat worse for wear but Geno made repairs and also made some new pieces to replace parts in too poor condition to reuse. On a previous job he put in a new exterior door for which he had to make a new sill. He also previously replaced my roof.
