hardwood floor, floor cleaning
 + 0 moreThey did the 4 coats and there were some spots where it didn't cover. It looked like either the polyurethane got rubbed off when it was still wet or they missed spots because I could still see the bare wood. I called the owner to see if they could send a guy back out for those spots and he got rude with me and said that they never told me that it would be perfect. He was kind of arguing with me and didn't want to send the guy back. He told me that he would have somebody get back to me and he didn't so I called again and spoke to a different person and explained what had happened. They did eventually send the technician back that had originally worked on the floors and he was very pleasant. He apologized and said that he wished I had called him because he would have come back and redone them without a problem. I wouldn't use them again. They did the original work pretty quickly so I'm not sure if it was a great price.
Description of Work: I used Specialty Maintenance Services to repolyurethane the wood floors in my tenant's apartment upstairs. It is called a wood floor revitalization because the floors cannot be sanded anymore because they are too thin so they were supposed to clean them and put 4 coats of polyurethane on the floors. It was the dining room, living room and front stairs going into the apartment.
