crew do a very good job

The owner came, gave us an estimate, and scheduled the work for a week later. The crew completed the work on a cold, rainy day. Afterward, it became clear to us (and them) that the new shingles were not a close match to the originals, so they came back a few days later, removed the mismatched shingles, and put on ones that look much better. They did the additional work at no extra charge. The owner and the crew were friendly and professional, and I would use them again.

The work went very well. All work in original shape. No need for repair or call back.

Bruce is a very professional guy.

I've worked with them for years and everything's been great. I'm very comfortable with them, very pleased and their prices were good.

Not much to say they came when they were suppose to and did the job which is more than I can say for most contractors.

He sealed the vent pipes where they come through the roof because it was direct around the ceiling and the water is coming down the pipe in the first floor kitchen ceiling. It has been an excellent over the years and we have been with him for estimates on various kinds of projects. He has got a very good reputation in Hamburg. In some people I would think might say that it's a little bit high in price but I suppose it depends on the quality of the materials and things that you are using but in the past was when we had him we have been satisfied with him. When you call and you have a problem he comes over immediately and look. Workmanship is very good.

I had noticed a leak in two areas of my upstairs roof, one of which appeared significant. I called on a Monday and someone came out the same day. Unfortunately, it had snowed so he was not ale to get up on the roof that day. Wednesday he got up there, called with an estimate and Friday the work was complete. So far so good. This is the third time I have used this company and have had great experiences.

They were great to work with. The work was done well. The one issue we had with it (some gutter work) was corrected the same morning we reported it to Bruce. ... The estimate was right on. The workers were nice guys that we we were OK with having at hour house as they did work. Great job! They did windows and gutters for us, btw.

I have used him for years and I love him. They did a fine job. I haven't compared prices because I have used him for years.
