Immediate response to our call for help, arrived on time, efficient, arranged everything, tolerated me looking through items to be sure I wanted to dispose of them and then talked me through the value of keeping it or not. I could not have asked for a better experience. And am so pleased with the results !

I am in the process of rehabbing an 1880 Buffalo West-Side double that was abandon for over a year. The previous owner was foreclosed upon and walked away from the property leaving it in shambles. The basement was left with trash all over
collecting mildew and blocking drainage. There was white mold covering nearly every square inch of joists. It was
disgusting and smelled like a damp mess.
I came across kleenscene on Angie’s list when I was
searching for contractors as part of an FHA203k Rehab Loan. Matt,
Austin and the rest of his crew came in and were in and out inside of a day. They arrived when they said they
would and did exactly what they said they would. These guys are totally PRO. Working with the FHA and a bank meant a lot
of paper work and Matt was very accommodating.
I already recommended them to a friend and highly recommend them to all
of Angie’s list in the buffalo area that need mold remediation or other services.

We were notified of a moderate hoarding (no animals) and extreme sanitary backup for a senior homeowner in our Town. The homeowner is elderly and overwhelmed by the situation. Due to the nature of the sanitary cleanup, an immediate response was necessary for assistance. Kleen Scene, a housecleaning and “cleanup service” is registered with Angie’s List and has excellent reviews. Once notified, their response was immediate and the estimate was reasonable and received as soon as access to the home was available. Matt and his staff were prompt, professional, experienced and thorough. Their manner of working with the homeowner was very compassionate. They were able to remove all clutter and debris and completely clean and sanitize the basement and living areas as needed. The home was restored to a clean, safe and sanitary residence for the homeowner. The housecleaning after the removal was also very thorough. The cost of the assistance was very reasonable for the services performed.

We highly recommend this company, its owner and staff to anyone that would have need of housecleaning services large and small.

Everything went well.

I contacted them for an estimate, Mark came on site looked at the work, gave me a 'rough' number and I had a written estimate with a work plan in my email the next day.

I had to wait to have them perform the work, due to other parties involved in the sale of my home. 2 weeks after the estimate I contacted them to schedule the work, they were back on site within 3 days of my call and completed all the work.

They moved items in my basement as they worked, keeping me from having to clear everything out.

2 days after the work, they were back for post cleanup testing, inspected the sealer they installed and took samples for testing. All samples came back good.

I was very impressed with them. I have no dislikes at all. I thought they were very good. I found his number in the phone book. I wanted the entire house cleaned included the attic, basement, and garage. I also wanted the cabinets cleaned out and the rugs pulled up and cleaned under. The job was so professional. I can't say enough about them. I would recommend them to anyone. They were just excellent. They came in on time. He had a crew of about five or six times. They worked from the time they got there until the time they left. The house smelled clean. He brought his own dumpster. There was a lot of stuff that the previous owners had left. He about filled up the dumpster.
