It took them a LONG time to do the work. They sent one guy out who worked very hard for two full days on what I was told would be a ''couple of hours'' job. The plumber didn't have the correct tools for job and had to come back to fix a leak. The price was great and they didn't bump it up to compensate for the massive increase in hours required to do the job. The quality of work was so-so. I think you could do better by going elsewhere.

Keiffer Plumbing did a good job once they got here, but I think that there are other companies that would have gotten it done sooner. I was put on the back burner, because there were more urgent jobs ahead of mine.
