 + 0 moreThis project did not go well. Andy is very inexperienced and he did not get too much help from his Father. He did not get a permit from the town, which caused problems. He wasted time and materials on the roofing, purchasing a rubber roof which could not be used and could not be returned. The steel roof that he eventually used was not installed properly. He could not get the drywall right and never finished the project. I had to hire someone else to finish the project. Once the building inspector showed up, I could not get in touch with Andy.
Description of Work: A kitchen addition was torn off and a larger addition was added on.
