Since we are unable to climb on a ladder to check the work, we are unsure of the quality. Based on the poor work on other areas which can be seen, the quality of unseen work is questionable. The following is a list of the work which was identified to be done. However, either the item was not looked at or poorly done. (1) Wash 2 sky lights: We had to remind the crew chief that the windows were still dirty. He claimed they forgot. One of the men climbed the ladder but failed to clean the windows. A huge disappointment! (2) The exterior flood, security lights do not work. We doubt they were ever looked at. The lights still don't work. (3) A railing on the deck came loose and needed repair. Again, the railing was not looked at because it is in the same condition. CONCLUSION: I would not use this company again. They were paid in good faith. Upon inspection after the crew left, we found the repairs discussed above were not completed. The contract price was in excess based on the lack of complete work.
