good selection reasonable prices. have some items not found big box store or other nursery. my one stop nursery for spring plantings

Dealing with the Manager, Russ Jr. ( the owner's son), was one of worst customer service interactions I've ever had. In the 7 minute conversation we had, he managed to insult me, call me names and talk over me until I had no choice but to end the call as he refused to pass on my information to the owner (his father). Being the son of the owner, he should have more pride in the image he projects for his family business. He should also serve as a role model for his employees. He should be ashamed of himself for treating customers, the way he did. If he continues to have this attitude, then he won't have a family business around much longer. Btw Shame on you Russ Sr. for allowing this type of behavior in a manager. I'm sure I'm not the first.

Have used Gullo's for many years and shopped at their retail location. They are professional, punctual, and overall good people. Prices border on high, but quality of merchandise is very good.

They were courteous, professional, and they had what we wanted.  They have a wide assortment of plants and trees, along with all necessary gardening supplies and furniture.

Can't beat the selection. Found many of the and quot;perfectand quot; annuals I needed to complete my garden.

Dave Derkacz and team did a tremendous job in landscaping our front lawn. Prompt, professional, and with a creative design that blended well different species, colors, shapes and sizes into a very pleasing tableau. Dave was patient and responsive to small changes we suggested. Excellent job.... recommend him highly!

Very responsive and professional personnel and job foreman. We had a very large job -- installing a roughly 1,000 square foot stone (paver) patio and significant landscaping around it. Work was excellent, great attention to our desires and to detail.

I went into the store yard-a huge facility and I ended up talking to two tree specialists that told me what would be best and how to plant a fruit properly. I learned a lot, bought a plum tree, came home and following their instructions planted the tree. A great place!

They are very very good. They have a great assortment there. They have great personnel. They supplied us with mulch for our yard. Actually, we got it from another guy who transported it for us because we didn't have a transporter and we didn't have Gullo's transport it, we just got the mulch from them. The mulch is beautiful but people should be aware that mulch can grow up mold spores, which was airborne and there was nothing much they can do about it. This mold smells like dirt and they have a very intrinsic odor to it, to which I am allergic. It took about cleaning it for few times and then calling Perry's to find out what it was.

Original company from which I ordered could not make delivery date so I ordered from this company.
They were able to deliver the next day. This allowed us to meet scheduled labor.

The quote was for $15000 and I haven't used them yet. They are knowledgeable and they know about plants. They seemed to be timely when I called them for appointments. The pricing seems reasonable. I will use them since I had little experience in getting any lesser quote.

They came out six times until the end of May. I did the project myself. The guy who came out was Richie, and he is excellent. He delivered it within 24 hours even on Sunday, and sometimes the same day. This is unbelievable, especially in Buffalo. They have the best tree selection of any nursery, I have ever been to including Chicago. They have the most interesting Oakland trees type.

They are pretty reputable. They gave us good service. They even delivered everything to us a day early. Also, I couldn't see their price as a little being too high so everything was fine.

They came right on time and did a very nice job on our lawn. Nothing went wrong. They have very good ideas and I'm very pleased with the way our yard looks. The price was fair and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I didn't really shop around for other estimates once I talked to Gullos because they were up to the job. They were so professional and their estimate seemed so great. I was quite sure they could do a nice job and they did. They've got a good name in our area and I am happy to see they live up to it.

Gullo Garden's had great ideas that allowed them to do a good job. They were easy to work with and I am very pleased.
