 + -1 moreCame in on schedule and worked through the project in fine style. Lots of woodwork and painting to be done as well as new floors. They arrive early and work to late afternoon. 40 min lunches are spent at Lowes and HD chasing material as are the late afternoons. Not a frantic pace but the project moves right along. Best to have your plans and choices made.
Description of Work: Dave and Bret (see BH Remodeling) came back to finish up the refurbish of my town house. They had done the first floor the year before and this time we did the upstairs including a complete makeover of the master bath. All heated tile floor with walk in shower. Dave redesigned the walk in closet in the master bedroom and turned it into a walk through hall with his and her closets on either side with access to the master bath from the bedroom. A class solution to the problem when hosting guests in the front bedroom. Hardwood floors and new carpeting up the stairs and in the guest room. New lighting throughout. Did I mention the heated tile floor in the bath? New water saver appliances to boot.. A class job

 + 0 moreHe does good quality work, is upfront with what's involved and he talks and listens. When you want certain things done he will do what you want. His price is competitive. He is always booked and you cannot get him immediately and you may have to wait a while but he gets back to you and is responsive in that way.
Description of Work: We have used Dave Berkhoudt Design And Remodeling few times. He has done home repairs like redoing siding, some floors and that kind of thing.
