Before I talk about my experience, I want it to be known that I would do it all over, simply because of the quality of the work and amazing design. You won't find anyone in this area to do what they do!
We had 6 estimates before CPR came out to our house and we were sold instantly on his unique design. We wound up signing a contract the same day in the beginning of April. We were told that we would be able to have the patio installed in the beginning of May and that it would be a 2 day process. CPR did not wind up starting our patio until May 23 and the stamping wasn't done until the following week. The patio was still not usable at this point because the dust from the release they used covered our patio. There were numerous times that they had said they were coming to finish and then would simply not show up. They finally showed up after many angry phone calls from me on June 13 to stain the border and seal the concrete.
That said, we are completely thrilled with our stamped concrete patio; the design, the color, the workmanship, everything about it is gorgeous. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.
