We have dealt with Cleve Hill in Hamburg for many years. My husband and I are completely satisfied with the work and costs that has been performed on our previous and current vehicles. Brett and the guys always do a great job. Customer service is outstanding. Definitely trustworthy. We will not take our vehicles anywhere else.

Brett was extremely forward and knowledgeable on the overall mechanics.  He explained how things worked and it all made sense.  I saw him performing tasks and using tools I know other shops skip.  I felt extremely comfortable letting him work on my vehicle.  they have a 2 year NATIONWIDE warranty, so i figured they would want to do it right, otherwise they would have to do it again for free. And, it if it was an honest mistake or failed part not a fault of theirs, it is still covered anywhere in the country. it was worth the extra $12 than the sketchy garage down the street.
