Braymiller staff was courteous, friendly and understanding. The did an excellent job for 8 years ago and still stand by their products and work. I would definitely consider them should I have need for the services they provide. Thank you Braymiller.

Fantastic, Eric did a spectacular job in two days! this included framing in a small end-wall at the tub to house plumbing inside of the house. He was careful,, very respectful of our house, putting drop cloths all the way from the front door up the stairs to the bathroom. He was informative, and very personable. We had been a bit worried that the ( heavy) molded acrylic enclosure walls would look like a cheap hotel, but were very pleasantly surprised. you have to look quite closely to realize that it is not actual subway tile. We love our new ( safer as we get older) tub/shower

The workers did a great job.

The salesman that came to our house to go over a quote was great. He definitely won us over with all the glowing reviews he came with. However, nothing went that great. The installers came and replaced the door in record time, but they quickly left leaving me to clean up after them. After looking at the door we realized that the trim around it was the wrong size, even though the correct size was listed on the paperwork. The exterior part of the house was left looking awful because they did not put any of the wood trim back. They actually left it bare and walked away. They also cracked the wall and ceiling with the forcefulness of them taking out the old door and trim. One of the owners had to come out and look at all the damage done, then wanted to dispute the damage and unfinished work until I showed him pictures I took before the guys started working. It took 3 visits from them to finally have the proper trim put in, the damage fixed, and new trim around the exterior of the door. The door is great, but I will never hire them again because the aftermath was not worth it.

Talked with owner, he said he will have Lucy call me the very next day at 9 AM, - never happened, she called around 2:30 when I was not home anymore. I Returned the call and was told it will cost me $100.00 for them to come out and give me an estimate. Really? I'm having them put the replacement window in and am paying them for that work, now you want to gouge me another $100.00 for an estimate. Went to another reputable source-estimate is free. Read many reviews about them, check it out and decide yourself, but beware of $$ up front.

The work was done very professionally and quickly. One caveat is we replaced 2 windows completely with bay windows and there is air seepage where there should be none if the installation had been done properly from the start. Also some of the wood framing had gaps. The temperature (winter) is as much as 10 - 12 degrees colder on the window sill than the thermostat area.
I've requested a service call to investigate the air seepage issue and an appointment has been set.

The provider called to schedule an estimate for a patio door and 2 windows. During the call they asked if there was a spouse, and I said yes. They said that the spouse must be present during the estimate. Unfortunately, my wife and I don't have schedules that overlap during times that they could come out and refused to schedule an estimate unless both of us were present due to company y policy so we were unable to do business. Since I am the one who would make the decision, I find this frustrating.

This was our first major home improvement project in which we utilized a contractor.  We contacted several companies for estimates for this project. We went with Braymiller because of their outstanding reputation in the community and their product.  We also thoroughly researched all of the products that other contractors and installers had to offer.  Braymiller's Winchester window far surpassed the other products that we had seen in quality, warranty, and durability.  Where else can you buy a windows and doors with 40, 50, and lifetime non-prorated fully transferable warranties?  This includes a glass breakage warranty and rips and tears in the screens.  And it's non-conditional so if our son throws his football through the front window the warranty still covers the replacement.  Other companies wanted to sell us the window and then have us choose what type of installation package we wanted.  The nice part about Braymiller is that the price they give you includes everything (removal, installation, cosmetic finishing) no matter how much extra work they have to put into the project.  In the case of our home, a lot of extra work was required.  The entry doors required new custom and complete framing and foundation. 
The sales people that we met with were Andrew and Don and both really knew their products.  We could tell that they were the real deal because we had started to research replacement windows and doors several months earlier.  The initial quote for the windows/doors we selected was more than we could afford but Don was able to help us change some of our selections to bring the price down a bit. 
After signing the contract a friendly gentleman called us about a week later to come to our home to take exact measurements of our windows.  We were  concerned that we would have to move a lot of our heavy furniture that was close to the windows that were going to be replaced but we were amazed when we were told the installers would help us move furniture if it was required.
The windows/doors were installed about one month after signing the initial contract.  Three very friendly and personable gentleman came to the house to do the installation: Gary, Nate, and a guy they called "Grandpa".  These craftsmen amazed us with their ability and skill.  These three professionals transformed our little ranch into a magnificent home.  You would be surprised how much curb appeal can be increased just by installing new windows and doors.  The best part is that Gary, Nate and "Grandpa" cleaned up the whole mess when they were done.  It's like they were never there and somehow new windows and doors magically appeared.  Gary, Nate, and "Grandpa" were truly amazing.
If we had to do this project all over again we'd do it in a heartbeat.  And, in the future, if we need services that Braymiller Builders offers, they will be our first (and mostly likely, only) phone call.  Yes, Braymiller is that good. And if you call them for an estimate--and you definitely should--you just might see a picture of our home in their referrals section.

We have used them over the last 20 years.  They are fair priced.  They get the job done right in a very reasonable amount of time.  The people who came out were alright.  They were decent and dressed properly.  They cleaned up after themselves.

Service was great product is expensive and I had to paint the wood framing they put around the windows, but they didn't say they would do this ahead of time

The price was a little higher than other window installers but it was a much higher quality product. But you get what you pay for. The salesman was a little high pressure but if you are ready to do the work you can use that to your advantage. The installers were very professional and very nice. Cleaned their mess. My overall grade would be an A.

They created a door for me in the back of my home. I had a really good experience with them. They did a good job. There was one small problem and they promptly fixed it. The door has turned out beautifully. They were prompt and clean.
