I was very impressed with Scott replying to my web based inquiry for radon mitigation work. He was quick to respond, professional, and very polite. He promptly made an appointment to visit our home and provide an estimate. From my conversation with Scott it's apparent he has a very good background in this industry and the general construction field. He made me feel very comfortable in his ability to size up the problem and determine the best mitigation approach along with a couple of options. The estimate was quite fair and he returned in a couple of weeks to initiate the project which only took about half a day plus a return trip to test the air for radon reduction a couple of days after the project was completed. I can't say enough good things about this man's work ethic. I really appreciate his promptness with everything especially with communicating via email and phone. He never left us in the dark about any project details and was patient and thorough with all my questions. We need more good technicians like Scott.

Rob was prompt, honest, and clear about exactly what would be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. We live in an old house and he was respectful of the space and architectural aesthetic. Any concerns or questions we had, he worked collaboratively with us to devise a solution. He's down-to-earth, communicates well, and is committed to doing his best – without over-charging. He worked alone when he installed our radon system, so it may have taken a little longer than a multiple person crew, but the price was very agreeable. Although he's mostly "no-nonsense," he was very polite and respectful at every turn. I highly recommend Rob and Advanced Radon Solutions.

One word, excellent! Advanced Radon Solutions was great to work with and I would recommend them for any radon project. They were able to install a highly functional radon mitigation system at my old farmhouse with unique challenges such as crawl spaces and a mud basement. The guy was evenly priced.  He had a poor attitude when he came to do the work. He was extremely rude. He would not put the pipes through like he said he would so he raised the price. He did not clean up after himself.  His general demeanor was rude. 

Very well! He was honest and did not try and sell us on work that did not need to be done. Very knowledgeable.
