When I called to schedule, I requested a specific date. I was given an appointment for that date but was advised that he may be overbooked and be unable to keep it. He did in fact cancel but called earlier in the day to advise. He offered to do the work on a Sat. with a 1:00 appt. and arrived at 1:30. He was polite and requested my permission to use another piece of furniture to support the sofa when he turned it over. He was careful in turning the sofa; completed the work in about 1 hr. including the time taken to go to a hardware shop to get a needed part. He returned the sofa to it's original position with my assistance and cleaned up after himself.
