Installed shower walls without putting in additional studs as required by the manufacturers instructions. All the caulking is giving out because the walls flex way too much. Won't do anything to fix the problem so we now can't use the shower. Texted me back once, blamed the product as being bad and refused to even answer questions about the additional studs that I know he didn't install. He also cut into my plaster living room ceiling to get at some pipes and patched it badly with dry wall. Now my plaster ceiling is cracking. He also screamed at his worker one day in my house which was extremely unprofessional. Plus the work took twice as long as he said it would.
