I couldn't be happier with the service I received from 518Plumber. From the initial phone conversation to the final bill, it was the best experience I have ever had with a repair/service company. The plumber was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I feel the price was very reasonable for the amount of work I had performed. I have since recommended 518-Plumber to many of my neighbors, who have all been as happy as I was with 518-Plumber.

He was a very nice guy and definitely knew what he was doing. After he tightened 2 valves in the basement, he asked me if I wanted him to install the sink upstairs because he didn't want to charge me $140 for just tightening a valve. I told him that would be great and he proceeded to install the faucet and drain. The drain still leaked when he left because he didn't have a part on his truck and he charged me for 2 hours, at least 30 minutes of which was spent either on the phone or looking for parts on his truck. He's a very nice guy and I would have used him for a lot more in the future but I honestly don't know how you could, in all good conscience, present someone with a $243 bill for what was done.
