OUR MISSION: It is our mission to be continually recognized in the Capital District and the Hudson Valley as supplying the best customer care and highest quality professional cleaning services to the residential and commercial market. Since 1983 we have raised the bar for all aspects of the cleaning business and will proceed to set the standards in the decades to come. Recognizing that carpet, furniture, oriental rugs and air ducts can ultimately cost thousands of dollars, we handle each as if it is worth a million. STAFF: Each member of our team passes though an intensive training process and is certified in each cleaning skill (e.g. cleaning agents, proper technique,, essential drying, sanitizing, and critical preservation). Technology in cleaning continually changes with each passing year. For this reason we constantly attend seminars to stay abreast of the latest improvements in the cleaning industry and pass these benefits onto our customers. Even the CEO of Sani-Clean, Mr. Bucci, maintains continual schooling in industry advancements. HISTORY: James A. Bucci Jr., started cleaning commercial carpets in Rockland County, NY in 1983. Within a year he expanded his cleaning services to the residential market. In 1989 we acquired our first truck-mounted mobile cleaning plant so we would have the best machinery and could effectively supply the best carpet cleaning services possible. In 1989 we began servicing Upstate New York. We now service the Capital District, Hudson Valley and the Catskills (Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster and Columbia Counties). After over 33 years the Sani-Clean Team has grown and with the leadership of Mr. Bucci we relentlessly work to offer the best in cleaning services available in this day and age.
