I have no problems with them. I have no issues with them. It was a very pleasant experience. They are real nice.

It was okay. The staff is pleasant for the most parts and like any dealership, their prices are more than what a local mechanic would charge but it is probably fair for what dealerships should be. The quality is good and I never have problems with the work afterwards.

I thought they were good. They are pretty straight forward and direct with everything. I was trying to use some kind of employee pricing plan I had to my company and they were good at that. The fuel pump had to be replaced on them and it was out of warranty; it wasn't included in the warranty so I did get charged for that.

They are honest, professional, and courteous. It is a good place to go. They keep you informed. They are right on time.

While most of the problems were eventually fixed, I am unsatisfied by the treatment I received. I bought the car from East Hills, and I expected them to stand behind their product.
In addition, the repair prices are quite high, more expensive than I am used to paying at my local service station. My local repair shop has been in business for over 40 years (my father was also a loyal customer) and all the mechanics there are ASE certified. It has a very loyal customer base, and I have yet to find anyone who has anything negative to say about the service, the prices, or the professionalism. The ONLY disadvantage is that Peter does not offer loaner cars; however, he will give the customers a ride if the destination is in the neighborhood.
I left East Hills frustrated and angry. I cannot recommend the repair department to anyone.
