We had Tim Baxley Tree Inc trim over 20 trees in our yard. The did a very professional job. They arrived when they promised, worked fast and professionally, meaning they did a skillful job. The area was thoroughly cleaned up after the trimming was done. I think they did more than they originally promised. After watching the Tim Baxley Tree team work, my neighbor hired them to trim one of his trees. His commnet to me was he saw they knew what they were doing and would trust them with his tree.

Tim and Mary are very responsive to phone calls and questions. All communications were professional and they answered every question thoroughly. Tim arranged to have gas and water lines marked out for safety. The crew showed up on time, the work was done safely, neatly and quickly! They cleaned up everything beautifully before they left. This is the second tree they took down for us and we highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work. Worth every penny.

Excellent work by Tim and crew, have used him before and will again. My property has been battered and lost power due to falling trees and large branches over the years, though none from trees on my property that Tim maintained, but rather from Town and Neighbor trees. With winter and poor weather approaching and the failure of the Town or Utilities to anything at all, I decided to take matters into my own hands and gave Tim 3 specific instructions: 1. Clear all tree branches near drop wires, 2. Remove large Town and neighbor branches encroaching over my property line that threaten house, and 3. Ensure trees are properly balanced so as to not fall on house. I called him on a Thursday, call was returned same day, he visited my property on Friday and gave me an estimate, and on the following Wednesday the work was completed. I had a 10ish appointment, crew arrived at 9:45, and after 2 hours, work was done to my specifications, and I was pleased with quality of work. The crew did an excellent job in cleaning up tree debris, and asking if I was satisfied with cuts as work progressed. I originally hired Tim, based on Angie's List reviews and his proximity to my home, and have continued to use him, because of the quality of his work

The work went quickly and smoothly. My tree was able to be saved. Their customer service is first rate, even called me to give a heads-up that they were on their way. Tim and Mary are a great team and extremely friendly.

Estimate was provided same day as call. Price very fair. True to Mary and Tim's promise, they completed job the next week. We really wanted tree removed before spring, and they came within 6 days of estimate while we were at work. Will use them again for all tree work.

They personally came to supervise the work, were on-time, did the job at the cost they had quoted, and left the area clean and tidy.  I will use them again.  Highly recommended.

Tim and his wife, Mary came the day after I called to get an estimate and they were very thorough and prompt.  They gave me an excellent price and came the next day with a very large crew.  They removed 3 very large pine trees that were dead and removed some limbs from another very large tree. They cut the trees very low to the ground, leaving the stumps as we had discussed.  My wife and I were very impressed with their work.  There was not a leaf left on the ground!  They were incredibly professional and I would definitely use them again!  Tim Baxley Tree has my heartfelt recommendation!

Tim and Mary arrived at our house the next day after we called. They gave us a very fair price for the removal of the tree. Their crew arrived on time the next day and removed the tree. The job was a bit tricky but they did a fantastic job working as a team. One would never know they were there...Everything was cleaned up...and the job was completed in less than an hour. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Mary and Tim..they were friendly, prompt and professional.  Their crew was superior in their skills...and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

Wow. What can you say about nice people, honest people, fair people who are pros at what they do. We recently moved into a  1 acre property with a great many dead and badly neglected trees. Tim and Mary were unbelievably responsive, coming to my house twice to consult and brainstorm about what needed to be done,  immediately. They arrived for the job on time, triple checked everything and were totally wonderful and really, really caring. The work is beautiful and they cleaned up and stacked everything, neatly and exactly as we requested. Understanding that we would have an on-going relationship, due to the size and number of trees on our property, they gave us a price that allowed us to take care of the immediate hazards and plan for more work in the future. If you need this type of work, look no further than Tim.

I called and requested an estimate for removal of a large oak tree in my backyard. I spoke to Mary, within a day or two Mary called and gave the estimate. I called back to set up a date. A date was set, the tree was cut down, wood taken away and clean up was done. The crew was neat and clean.  It was a pleasure to deal with Mary and Tim. I would use this company again.
