OWNER OF CO. DOES ALL THE WORK BY HIMSELF. APPOINTMENT FOR ESTIMATE HE WAS PROMPT, EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT HAD TO BE DONE, WITHIN 2 WEEKS HAD NEW WINDOWS, INSTALLED AND REPAIRED OTHER WINDOWS. ALL WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND NEAT.

Mr. Fagan was amazing. On time for quote visit and work. Very creative in problem solving for a tough problem that no one else could solve. The repaired metal frames all work and no longer leak (nice to have fresh air when wanted rather than when not wanted!) and the glass looks amazing (they were replaced because of permanent condensation). Plus, compared to the cost of full window replacement, a complete bargain.

The Appointment was for 9am and he was there early. I am very happy with the results and advice he gave us. It was much cheaper than replacing windows.

Being an idiot, I locked myself out of the house and had to break a basement window to get in. It was cold out, and I couldn't leave it like this for long! Robert came to my house within a day, and had the entire thing repaired and better than new. He was personable, reasonable, and professional. It wasn't cheap, but I felt good with the way everything went, and it is still in great shape. I would definitely call Robert for all of my future window-related needs!

On time arrival. Efficient and neat service. Seemed expensive for the service performed/time spent, but hadn't located anyone else who would do the job, hence rating of "Fair" for the pricing.

Provider came - examined - measured and gave estimate. Returned at appointed time with replacement glass and completed the whole job. Somewhat costly repair but it had to be done. I could not replace the whole window because it was no longer available. This window had to match another one at the same corner.

He arrived onetime for the estimate. Provided the estimate before leaving. Advised us of the time it would take to order and get in the parts. Returned 2 weeks later and repaired the windows like new.

Bob is very, very knowledgeable about windows. He did an excellent job, prompt, very neat. He quoted me a price of $500 because he said that scraping the coating of windows can turn into a nightmare. I thought that seemed high, but I did agree to it. This job was not a nightmare. It took him two hours. When I asked him if he could include the tax in his quote considering that he was charging me, in effect, $250 an hour, he declined.
I paid the agreed upon price, but it still bothers me. I really debated for a while about whether to even list this review because he's such a nice guy, but I think people have a right to know that he obviously values his time very highly.

I've had several windows and screens damaged thanks to the carelessness of dogs and teenagers. I've called Mr. Fagan of Sky Clear Windows for these repairs at least three times and he is always prompt, reliable, and does quality work. I appreciate his willingness to take small jobs.
