 + -1 moreKeith Melhado is the owner. We hired him for the job after a neighbor referred him to us. He completed the work himself with an assistant. Initially, we hired him to change the roof line from a flat to a peak roof. When he took a look at it, he located the termite damage. It was a large job and he completed it in about six weeks. He did a fabulous job and I am very pleased with the work that he did. I have referred him to others.
Description of Work: He had to rebuild a sun-room from the bottom up that was damaged by termites.
