I have never had any problems with the work that they did, but they are never on time or reliable. I don't believe that I can use them anymore.

They are very pleasant and efficient. Their price is right and they do a good job. They make an appointment and come when they say they are going to come. They check a day before and if the weather is bad, they reschedule it. I get them to come twice a year and it's a job that I don't have to worry about anymore.

They were dependable about coming on time. They did the job that we requested and held to the amount quoted on the phone. They also provided a senior discount.

These guys climbed up my roof, which has a steep pitch, and cleaned out the gutters. They walked like they had tar on their feet because it was such a vertical climb. They had no fear and just filled the garbage bags. I was happy that they showed up as agreed and they called first, which I thought was very professional. There was no mess for me to clean up and they worked very quickly. The price was actually lower than I expected.

I am very happy with this gutter cleaning company. The people who run the business are very responsive and efficient. They have me on a schedule where they call me in advance and set up a time for them to come. This is so convenient because I never have to even think about my gutters as they take care of it for me. There is never any mess left.

Job 1- I got an appointment very quickly. I have a demanding schedule and they were able to be accommodating in setting up the appointment. They showed up right on time, and were courteous, clean, and efficient. My gutters were bad- they actually had trees growing in them! But the guys were extremely fast- my gutters were clean and clear within 20 minutes! Holy Cow! Job 2- This is the second time I have used J & S and I am just as satisfied as I was the first time. They are neat, quick, punctual, and helpful.

J & S gave me an estimate over the phone, then scheduled an appointment with a two hour window. They arrived on time and performed the work neat and professionally. I would recommend them highly.

The person confirmed the appointment a day in advance, was very polite and apparently did a good job. The pipe was reconnected and since I do not have a ladder that goes that high, I assume the gutters were cleaned.

THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING MY GUTTERS. THEY EVEN CLEANED THE DEBRIS OFF OF THE ROOF SO IT DOES NOT CLOG THE GUTTERS. THEY CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THE GUTTERS ARE SECURED TO THE HOUSE.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WOULD NEED THEIR SERVICES. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HONEST WITH ME EVERYTIME I USED THEM.

J & S DOES A REAL GOOD JOB, I USE THEM EVERY YEAR. THE TIME IS VERY QUICK FROM THE CALL TO THE TIME OF SERVICE. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
