Jesse Cook does outstanding work and we would highly recommend him for your design and remodeling services. He will work closely with you on your plans and provide you with a clear estimate for the job. We recently had Jesse construct a deck for our above ground pool. The quality of work and materials he uses are top notch. We are extremely pleased with the final product. We had previously contracted with Jesse for customized stairs on the deck attached to our home. We were so happy with his work that there was no question that we would hire him for our next project. Jesse is as trustworthy and polite at they come. There are no surprises. We find his prices very reasonable and with the quality of the work, he is more than worth your investment.

Jesse worked from about 11 am to 5-6 pm daily. He always returned my calls and the project came in on budget. He did the sheet rocking, taping shackling and sanding, installed the venting and electrical outlet for the dryer, a light and light switch. He brought in a plumber for the washer hookup. He installed bi-fold doors on both closets and all the trim around the door and baseboard. He did a great job, I love his attention to detail. He listened to my idea and made excellent suggestions for improving on it. He did such a good job I am going to have him come back for a bathroom remodel!

We did a few estimates with other deck builders and JC Remodeling and Woodworking was the only that listened to our ideas on how we wanted our deck to be built. The other ones gave us a price and would not listen to our input. Jesse of JC Remodeling and Woodworking listened every time we had a question or wanted to change how the deck looked. Our old deck was built wrong and he took the time to explain the problems and what it would take to fix them. Jesse was up front with problems that were found and that the project would cost more to fix them. Jesse takes pride in his work and we found the cost of build a deck through JC Remodeling and Woodworking very reasonable. We plan on using JC Remodeling and Woodworking for future work.

Jesse gave a good price that was below two other estimates I received. Jesse is a very pleasant young man who clearly cares about his work and he was a pleasure to have around. He consulted with me about the paint he would use; I asked him to use the one recommended in Consumers Report. He kept to his estimate even when he felt he had to replace some pieces of wood at the base of the screen. He was slow -- the job took him about a week -- but that was primarily because he was meticulous and careful. The only negative I had is that some of the screens were not as taut as I felt they should have been, but all of his other positives overwhelmed that.

Jesse Cook is the owner of this company. He is an outstanding carpenter. We found him on Angies List. He is first class material, and he gets lumber and what have you that stands up well. He has an excellent assistant. He is very fast. He always shows a keen interest in our projects for example we got some old pillars that we put up in the living and he really admired those. Those are wooden things that we got from some antique store somewhere so he is very appreciative of architecture. We will use him in the future.
