+ -1 moreAt my request, the provider visited my home to scope out installation of a gas furnace. He agreed to e-mail to me an installation proposal to send with my application to National Grid for natural gas to be installed in my home. (I had hoped to get it done in time for installation before Winter set in). When I had not received the proposal after 2 weeks I called to remind them. They said it would get done. Now, over a month later I have still not heard from them. Now I will have to find another provider.
Description of Work: Nothing!
