We called Matt Smith about a few different issues in our home.  He was most interested in building a sun room for us out of a porch that was attached to the house.  Matt Smith was amazing from the beginning of the job to the finish.  He is professional and personable and understood exactly what we wanted in a sun room.  The materials used were of good quality and he did the job in 6 days.  We would use him again for any kind of job, he is skilled and competent.  

matt showed up on time to give cost estimates and repair schedule,,,he did the renovations on schedule and accurate cost estimates, left the house clean and looking good.,, did a great job for a fair price,,,very proffessional,,,would use him again and recommend him and his work to all.

His work and price was excellent. He was prompt and efficient. I had a garden statue that was already broken before the roof work, one day it came up missing and then it reappeared fixed. I thought that was so great. I have called him several times for work and I wouldn't use anyone else. He is highly professional and does beautiful work. I found him to be very economical for the quaity of the work. You really don't mind paying a little extra when they produce such great qualilty work. He and his staff are all great. I've also hired him to do work for my daughter, too. I would hire him again immediately if the need arose.
