 + -1 moreHe is a small independent contractor who stays very busy because he is good at what he does and he is very personable. People like him. He does everything; he can probably build a house from scratch. Sometimes they are a little hard to get a hold of and getting them to call me back; other times it is really good. It just depends on how busy he is and where he is.
Description of Work: I used Genbrook Millwork Inc. Mr. Peter Browning II is our local contractor. I ended up getting commercial gutters from him because of the way my roof is and how my water drains. He did my gutters, he replaced some windows, he did some foundation work, and some other incidental work here and there. He makes beautiful furniture and cabinetry too. I paid $1600 for the basement alone.
