Vladimir came the day after we reported the issue. After inspecting the roof, he determined the source of the leak was a rusted nail under a shingle next to the fan's vent housing. Having silicone caulk in his truck, Vladimir offered to take care of the problem which he said was a simple fix. He sealed around all pipe and vent penetrations at no charge.

We had called a few contractors to look at our roof, Rochester Pro Roofing were honest and transparent. 10/10!

The flat roof of room that had been added years ago and the pantry next to it had been leaking. There were a number of problems with it from a previous roofing job, including flashing that was installed incorrectly. I got a few quotes. Vladimir's was very reasonable. He also had some very positive reviews online. I met with him and he was so personable and excited to do the job. He is young, started his own business, and I was so impressed with him I decided I wanted to give him the job. He did not disappoint! He did a great job and fixed a few additional issues. He even stayed into the night working until it was completed rather than come back the next day. We have had some torrential downpours since it was done and there has been no leaking. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
