VISION ENTERPRISES CORP

I am an owner with a tenant in my apartment currently. Every time I call this company, I get someone with a nasty, bitter attitude on the phone. I have been dealing with them for 6 years as an owner, and get absolutley no repsect or common courtesy. For something like a simple question on bills or management or paperwork, they snap at you on the phone and act like that they do not care about you or their jobs. They can only afford to do so because, once you are invested in the building or in a lease you have no choice but to deal with them. They are slow to respond to problems and seem generally incompentant, but mostly they are just obnoxious. If your thinking of renting or buying in a building they manage....look elsewhere and save yourself the headaches.
