Eric responded promptly and had to open the kitchen ceiling to replace the old plumbing. He did a professional job and cleaned up the mess caused by opening the ceiling. I would hire this company and request Eric if I need a plumber again.

It went well. My plumber was Eric and he seemed very knowledgeable, experienced, and straightforward with his evaluation - was able to advise doing a couple things differently than how I'd planned (e.g. where to place the hose hookup for the hand shower). Working in a coop is always a pain, and he handled it perfectly well, had a good working relationship with my superintendant. The secretary at the office who arranged everything was very very responsive and followed through well. One thing I'd change if I were them is making it standard to give the customer the paperwork proving purchase of the hardware, so that we have it if we need to contact Delta Faucets for example if anything breaks under the warranty. I'm still waiting to get that and have to bug the office for it again. I haven't tried the other plumbers with this company yet, but would definitely request Eric again.

I cannot recommend Thomas Curley Plumbing & Heating enough. I called them after receiving delivery of a new toilet, so that I could have it installed. 90 minutes later, they had someone at my apartment, and not just anyone. This gentleman, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was excellent--skilled, professional, and creative, a quality he needed because of the less-than-ideal configuration of my bathroom. I could not be happier with the job he did, or with the wonderful people with whom I spoke on the telephone. Great, great company--you won't go wrong if you hire them, which I recommend that you do.

It took him (Eric) an hour and a half for both jobs. Very professional and on time. Cost includes about $40 for supplies

I like the quality of the work, the responsiveness on the phone with the office and that they spent time talking about the things I wanted. I liked how knowledgeable they were about what I needed done. The guy who came out were quite knowledgeable and did great work.

THE GUY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF UNCLOGGING MY KITCHEN DRAIN. I HAD PUT THINGS DOWN MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE. HE INFORMED ME OF WHAT COULD AND COULD NOT BE PUT DOWN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL.
