Pat showed up when he said he would, and during the estimating process was very patient. I had to revise the scope of work downwards 3 times, and each time I got a written estimate with exact itemizations, and no attitude. His crew showed up when they said they would, and were efficient, neat, and extremely professional with respect to the quality of the work. Pat was on-site a good deal of the time, and when the job was done, there was no evidence of any debris or property damage. The final price was exactly as agreed, and I could not be happier with the work. His price was good compared to other estimates; ask him about discounts. I plan to use him again to replace a retaining wall. Pat is a rare find among contractors: polite, honest, and competent.
