I needed my garage, which was in very poor condition partly due to hurricane Sandy, renovated. I called four different contractors for estimates and Dan Liu, from Pan Link Construction, Inc. was the first to get back to me. His price was reasonable and within my budget so I hired them to do the work. Pan Link workers were on time every morning and they worked diligently everyday. Dan Liu, the owner, came out daily to make sure the work was going smoothly and to make sure I was pleased with their work. Pan Link did such an excellent job on the garage that I hired them to insulate and renovate my attic and sun porch. I also had them install a new chain link fence around my backyard. I would definitely hire Pan Link Construction, Inc. again because they are honest, hardworking, and professional. They aim to please.
