They are very good and very reliable. They came when they said they would come.  They are very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a price to begin with. I did not pay them upfront. I paid them only once the work was completed.  The price depended on the number trees, and the problems connected to it were.  We have half an acre and we have three or four big trees in the front which I was nervous about.  There were 2 Sycamore trees, a Maple and a pine all these were several storeys high. At the back there was the Oak tree 2 of the Maples that they trimmed were not in our property but the branches were descending over ours.  There was another tree that they looked at and said that it needs to be cut as it is notorious for breaking off in a bad wind. So they did that.  There was a lot of work and they earned what they charged me. They did a good job of it.  As for responsiveness they could not come right away but they told me exactly when they could come a month in advance. It was fine as long as they came before the weather got dangerous.  We have used them in the past and we will continue to use them in the future.
