The cleaners used my kitchen sink to clean out their mop; I think that is disgusting. They could have easily emptied out the dirty water into the toilet and used my kitchen hose to refill the bucket. I don't know if using a kitchen sink to clean filthy mops is the norm, but they should have checked with me before assuming I would be okay with that.
There were a few missed spots that I had to point out. When I pointed out a particular spot, the cleaner said that it was stained. I had to use my fingernail to show that wasn't the case. To her credit, she did clean it afterwards.
All in all, they did a fair job but for the price, I expected more.
"I am sorry to hear that this customer felt this way about our service. We tried to get him to show us the house before we could provide him with a quote, but he had called us on the evening before Thanksgiving Eve with an urgent request to get his parent’s house cleaned the next morning which was Thanksgiving Eve for a get together. He told us that he didn’t have the time to show us the house, so we made an agreement over the phone to provide him with 3 very experienced house cleaners for a 2 hour time limit. He said that he wasn’t going to be home, but that his grandmother was going to be there. When we got to his parent’s house, we were overwhelmed with the amount of work that needed to be done within 2 hours and we wanted to get in contact with him, but he didn’t leave us with his cell phone #. We also tried to communicate this with his grandmother, but she did not speak English. We proceeded to work for 2 hours as agreed to and even stayed a little longer in order to get more things done. When we passed our time limit, since we couldn’t get in touch with him, we kindly left a note explaining that the house was too dirty in order to complete in 2 hours. I guess that he got offended by this, but it was not intended to offend him nor was it an exaggeration. We have been in business since 1999 and have seen all types of homes ourselves and this was way too much work to be completed in 2 hours. We had picked up enough garbage to fill over 5 big garbage bags which we left on the side, so I do not understand how he could say that he could not see anything that we have cleaned. Another thing that I do not understand is that if he wasn’t even home as he admitted to in his own review then how could he rate us an “F” on all categories? He agreed to the price for the time limit spent. We were very responsive and accommodating at his urgent request to get it cleaned on late notice (the next day on Thanksgiving Eve). We got there early, so how could he give us an “F” for punctuality when he wasn’t even home. We wanted to get in contact with him, but we only had the house phone # and he wasn’t home, so our last resort was to leave him a note explaining why the house wasn’t totally cleaned along with our contact information and he never called us. I will also like to add that if he did not appreciate our hard working effort to provide him with the best service that we could of within those 2 hours, then he should of contacted us in which our website clearly states that we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee and that if anyone is unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned that they could just call us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean it free of charge. The only way that we found out that he wasn’t happy with our services was by his review and rating above. Even though I am aware that we did not complete the cleaning of the whole house…that was not the agreement. The agreement was to provide him with 3 cleaners for 2 hours of work in which he even admits himself in his own review. We actually provided him with more time that what was agreed to and thought that he would have been happy with the hard work and difference we made in his parent’s house within the time frame that they paid for even though it wasn’t enough time to complete it."
