+ -1 moreThe last time I heard from them was June 16, and they said that my door would be in the week of July 14th. I still have not gotten a return phone call from them. When you call the installation department, they never pick up the phone. When you do get someone, it's a receptionist. I've given them a $500 deposit on the door. They took off $150, but I still don't have a door. It's a storm door.
Description of Work: They sent out a sales representative. He came and measured the door. About a week later someone else came out and measured the door. He told me that the door would be ready in April. I have been calling about every two or three weeks about the door. Most of the time they don't return my calls. They tell me because of the color and shape, it takes longer.
