They were fine but there was a misunderstanding. I had paid for the big deal but when they came do the inspection they also charged us the same amount. I ended up paying double for it and I was not able to get it back from the company. They had come and given a big quote for a lot of work and then I called another Angie’s List recommended electrician for a quote to do the same work whose quote came in lower. I am actually working with the other person to do the work. I am not contracting them to do the work with them and now they are not returning my calls about returning the payment for the big deal that I paid twice. They did no fix anything. The other company who gave me the estimate to do the same work agreed that those things needed to be done so the inspection was good. I think the guy came to the house was good and knew what he was doing but I don’t think he knew that he was not supposed to collect the money because it was through Angie’s List. It was not his fault but then when I called the company they informed me that they will have to see about that and never returned my calls. The quality of the estimate was good but I did not get the work done. They were responsive to do the work but have not been responsive about the payment. They were a little late but not extremely late.
