ZAPPONE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE

His mechanic came over to look at my vehicle & mentioned that it was leaking from the oil gasket, heads, everywhere. Jim Zappone said, "My car was okay & that the overfill wouldn't hurt my vehicle any." After that, I said, "I see what's going on here." I shut the hood & said, "I'll see you in court." I started to walk toward my car door, he blocked my path, got in my face & pointed his finger in my face. Jim said, "That's fine but if you make a mistake, I'll own what little you have." He threatened me not to say anything 'negative' against his business. It seems like once they get your money, they are done with you. His (the owner's) treatment of his customers is outlandish and I would give them well below an "F" on the quality of their work. I feel his license to operate a Chrysler business should be revoked as well.
