According to my husband, Jon's work was good, when he worked. However, he was completely unreliable and caused us to be several weeks behind schedule. He would not show up and most often not even call. I would not trust this person to do what they say they are going to do, especially if it is a job that you want done in a timely manner. He also leaves a messy job site.

John installed a Hood over my range in our home and vented it to the outside. he boxed it in so we could move it out 4" from the wall so it would reach further over my range for better exhaust of fumes. Did a great job for us and he will be reframing and installing new doors on back of our house in the late spring. He also is very reasonable and reliable for sure.

I needed a crate to be built for transporting an antique crystal chandelier. Jonathan contacted me immediately when I put out a search for a carpenter. When I described my modest project, he offered to build it right away. He even came to my home to see the exact scope of the job. Jonathan can do all handyman work also hardwood flooring, carpentry, finish work, windows, doors, painting, fixing things. He is pleasant, professional. And can do all that you need. Interior or exterior. I have had him work for me for 10 years to upgrade, restore and keep my home beautiful. Recently, he did hardwood flooring in 3 rooms, ordered the wood, got it delivered on time and finished with in 3 weeks. As a finish carpenter, he also trimmed and painted the baseboards. I did not have to hire another painter to come back. He also repaired and painted a set of French doors, Installed flooring registers and vents. Helped me with numerous other things like air filters, exterior trim repair. I can highly recommend Jonathan for your projects.
