It started off very well. I then asked for ground prep for a two car garage at the end of the driveway. I made a mistake of not geting a written estimate. When the job was completed, I received a bill for an additional $15,000. Somethings I had asked for, others not. Though they do good work, I feel there needs to be someone on site to watch what they are doing. An example: My 1058 by 12 foot driveway cost $4,800.00 and the ground prep for a 30 x 30 space for the garage was $5,500.00. When the garage was finally put in, I did not locate it where the ground prep had been marked - only half was on the parpared and marked location. When the trench was dug for the slab, I could see no difference in the ground nor could the contractor who did the garage.
