It's kind of one man job, but it's very, very good. Our budget wasn't very large, but regardless of what our budget was he treated us just like we're spending million bucks. If we had a question, he'd answer them. There were a numbers that we looked at, he had no issues whatsoever granting us time to do so. I realize that's their job, but we're talking home that are $50,000 and less, like I said, he didn't care. He treated us like someone who are buying a million dollar homes. Very honest.
