Last summer Paul came out to fix our leaky backdoor. After fixing it, he said that he would stand behind the repairs. The next rainy day the door still leaked, so I called Paul and he just kept giving me the run around through the whole winter. This summer I called him again and he came back out, with me paying him, and put flashing around the door. After doing this, he said to let him know if it leaks the next rainy day. The next time it rained the door leaked yet again, so I called Paul and he gave me the runaround and I still haven't seen him and now he's not even returning my phone calls.

Came out bright and early, did everything to protect plantings. Tore off old shingles, added new shingles, ice barrier and

ridge vents to house and garage. Cleaned up everything after. Neighbors say roof looks fantastic. Very pleased !

He was very honest and easy to work with. If I buy a house and it needs work, I would give him a call. His estimates were not ridiculous. I have heard nothing but good things about him and his quality of work.
