The owner Mike, was AWFUL! He was late and spent almost an hour babbling about his x wife! When all I needed was my sink fixed! Then, he didn't have a basic part with him, and then sent his son to finish the job. Which he, the son, then asked me to pay him cash for the second call. (The son did a satisfactory job and was much more professional) If I knew a total stranger was going to come to my home yapping about his x wife, I would have NEVER HIRED HIM! And his work ethic is very questionable. Be careful of this weirdo.

"I arrived at the house to look at a leak under pedestal sink. Customer walked in while I was on my back and said hello. Did not have the part to fix her sink, but sent my son at a later date to repair. Job cost was a whole $75. She put this review on here because she stiffed me 4 times to look at other work at her home. After refusing to come look at anymore work, this is what she does. Her text messaging to me is proof that JC**** ****** himself could not please her. It's a shame that there are human beings on this planet that have nothing better to do with their time but to try to hurt people's business. When in doubt, call your local building department to ask how credible a contractor really is. Both good and bad reviews can be misleading."

Mike explained every detail of the job to me showing me exactly what he was doing during the job and why. He is very meticulous in his work and will do what needs to be done so the job is perfect. In addition, Mike is very easy to get along with and personable.

This is by far the most professional plumber I have ever encountered. He is professional, punctual, and most importantly, fair and honest. I know very little about plumbing and he could have taken me for three times what it cost and I would have been none the wiser. I have called him and he has given me some suggestions on what to try before he comes out and has to charge me. Twice, he has diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me how to easily fix it myself.
