DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! We looked at a house for rent. We informed the agent (Heather) that we were interested but could not move in until October (2 months later). We provided a $25 money order and asked that it not be used to run a background\credit check unless the October move in date was OK with the owner of the home. Heather agreed to this. We later discovered that the credit check was run. Several days later, Heather texts us to let us know that the owner was not OK with the October move in date. When we explained to Heather's boss (Vienna) what had happened, she was extremely rude, admitted fault and refused to refund our $25. Unbelievable! Isn't it funny how the overall review is a 2.7 with only three 5 star reviews? With two of the three 5 star reviews being from Vienna Haak (Agent) and Carmen Laurendi (Relative of The Laurendi team). Incredible! How sad and sneaky. Do not trust these people. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Renters and home buyers, you have been warned.

My family and I were extremely interested in this property and probably would have paid top dollar for it. I am furious that I never had the opportunity to see it and was misinformed and given inaccurate information.
